These Terms constitute the rules for using Rapid Mouse Royale. By playing, you agree to follow them.
By clicking "agree" or simply using the app, you are entering into this binding agreement with Codepaws. These Terms take effect immediately upon your first use.
Who Can Use Rapid Mouse Royale: This app is intended for users who meet the minimum age required by Google Play and local law. By using the app, a minor's parent or guardian confirms they accept these Terms.
These Terms may be updated. The effective date at the top shows the latest version. Check back occasionally, and we'll notify you of important changes in the app.

Your Rights to Use the App
By accepting these Terms, Codepaws gives you a limited, personal license to access and play Rapid Mouse Royale.
License Scope: We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play Rapid Mouse Royale on your personal device, subject to these Terms.
License Restrictions: You may not sublicense, sell, resell, copy, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise exploit Rapid Mouse Royale or its contents for commercial purposes.
Automatic Updates: Rapid Mouse Royale may update automatically. Your license includes the right to use updated versions subject to these Terms.

What You Agree Not to Do

Virtual Goods
Rapid Mouse Royale includes a virtual economy with in-game currency and items. Here's how they work.
Not Real Money: Virtual currency (like gems or coins) and items in Rapid Mouse Royale have no monetary value outside the game. They cannot be converted to real currency or transferred to other games.
Acquiring virtual currency or items grants you a revocable license to use those game features — not ownership of any digital property.
Codepaws reserves the right to modify the virtual economy, including prices and availability. Purchased items may not retain the same utility after game updates.
You may not sell, trade, transfer, or gift virtual items or currency to other players outside of explicit in-game mechanics.

Who Owns Rapid Mouse Royale
Rapid Mouse Royale and all its content are the result of significant creative effort by Codepaws. Here's how those rights work.
Codepaws owns all copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights in Rapid Mouse Royale and its content, globally.
Fan Content: Personal, non-commercial sharing of gameplay content is permitted and encouraged. Commercial exploitation of our IP requires prior written permission.
Prohibited: Copying, modifying, distributing, selling, commercially exploiting, or creating derivative works of Rapid Mouse Royale content without prior written consent from Codepaws.

Disclaimer

'As Is' Provision

If Codepaws is found liable for any claim, our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or $100 USD — whichever is greater.

Your Indemnification Obligation
Your agreement to these Terms includes accepting responsibility for claims resulting from your conduct in Rapid Mouse Royale.
You Agree to Indemnify Us
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Codepaws, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your use or misuse of Rapid Mouse Royale
- Your misuse of the app
- Your violation of third-party rights or applicable law
We may choose to handle the defense of indemnified claims ourselves. If we do, you agree to cooperate fully and not to settle the claim without our written consent.
We will promptly notify you of any claim subject to indemnification and work with you in good faith to resolve it fairly.

Handling Legal Disputes

Arbitration

Class Action Waiver: You waive any right to bring or participate in a class, collective, or mass action lawsuit or arbitration against Codepaws.
This arbitration agreement does not prevent either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief. Small claims court actions are also permitted where eligible.

How This Agreement Ends
This section explains when and how Codepaws and you may terminate the agreement and your access to Rapid Mouse Royale.
Voluntary Termination: Stop using Rapid Mouse Royale and uninstall it at any time. To permanently delete your account and data, contact our support team.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account for: Terms violations, fraud, abuse, or conduct that harms the Rapid Mouse Royale community. We'll provide notice when circumstances allow.
After Termination:
- Your license to use Rapid Mouse Royale ends immediately
- Virtual items and currency in a terminated account are non-refundable
- Sections of these Terms that should survive (like IP rights, indemnification, and dispute resolution) remain in effect

Legal Governing Provisions

The laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Codepaws is registered govern these Terms, without giving effect to conflict-of-law principles.

When Changes Apply
Updated Terms take effect on their effective date. Your continued use of Rapid Mouse Royale after the effective date constitutes your acceptance.
If you don't accept updated Terms, stop using Rapid Mouse Royale before they take effect. Contact our support team to close your account.

Miscellaneous
The following miscellaneous terms complete this agreement between you and Codepaws.
These Terms and our Privacy Policy together form the complete agreement governing your use of Rapid Mouse Royale, replacing any prior agreements.
Severability: If a court finds any part of these Terms unenforceable, the rest remains in force. The invalid part will be replaced by a valid provision that achieves the closest legal purpose.
Codepaws's failure to act on any violation of these Terms is not a waiver of our rights. We can enforce these Terms at any time.
Assignment: You cannot assign your rights or obligations under these Terms. We may assign ours in a merger, acquisition, or restructuring.
